Case Study #1
From Organic Visibility to Revenue
By
STIGM3RGY
The account was active, consistent, and well-liked—but capped.
Content skewed heavily static, discovery was limited, and organic social functioned more as presence than performance.
The issue wasn’t effort. It was structure.
The Results
(Same Timeframe, Radically Different Outcomes)
Using two equal 348-day windows (pre- and post-onboarding), the impact is unambiguous.
Growth at a glance
Views increased by 49,177%
Follows increased by 329%
Reach increased by 77%
Posting cadence increased ~26% (4.5 → 5.7 posts/week)
This wasn’t incremental growth.
It was a structural unlock.
Revenue Impact
Most importantly, growth translated into dollars.
Organic social revenue increased 163%
Revenue grew from approximately $57k to ~$150k over the same period
The Challenge
Before Stigm3rgy stepped in, the account was active and well-liked—but fundamentally capped.
Content was consistent. Engagement rates were respectable. The audience was familiar.
But the system itself wasn’t designed for scale, discovery, or revenue impact.
The account behaved like a local bulletin board:
Mostly static content
Limited algorithmic distribution
No repeatable spikes in reach
Organic social functioning as presence, not performance
The problem wasn’t effort.
It was structure.
The Approach
Rather than “posting more,” we rebuilt how the channel functioned.
The strategy focused on three core shifts:
1. Re-architecting for discovery
We moved the account from static-first to reel-first, aligning content with how the platform actually distributes attention today. Reels became the engine; images and carousels became intentional supporting assets.
2. Sustainable consistency
Posting cadence increased in a way the team could maintain long-term—no burnout, no content sprints, just a reliable operating rhythm.
3. Connecting reach to business outcomes
Top-of-funnel growth was treated as a means, not the end. Content was designed to expand visibility and support conversion through clarity, trust, and reinforcement.
This wasn’t a content refresh.
It was an operational reset of organic social.
What Actually Changed Under the Hood
Before
~83% images
~10% carousels
~7% reels
Despite reels being the platform’s primary discovery format, they were barely used.
After
~76% of all posts are reels
Static formats repositioned as supporting content, not the main driver
As a result:
~78% of all views now come from reels
~89% of total reach is driven by reels
Discovery became intentional instead of accidental.
